1. A non - refundable deposit of 25% is required to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking for destination

2. A non - refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 45 days from the date of booking

3. A non - refundable deposit of 75% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 30 days from the date of booking

4. A non - refundable deposit of 100% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 20 days from the date of booking

5. 6 Month Valid Passport copies( Front/Back) from Date of Travel

6. Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable

7. For Cruise booking: Full cruise payment required within 2 days of package confirmation.

8. No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package

9. Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy

10. Any flights, non-refundable hotel, cruise, visa (if applied) booked as part of this holiday package are non-refundable and no refund shall be made upon cancellation.

11. The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.

12. If booking is done within 30 days of the final departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

13. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the respective government, the same would be charged as extra.

14. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

15. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
